By definition, a hero is a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. In the movies, we know heroes as those who save the world, many wearing capes... perhaps you are like me and love the stories of brave heroines that save the day? For the purpose of this podcast, the heroes we are going to talk about are not famous or as glamorous, but they are heroes just the same.
